Renovation of the former Buckeye Building got underway this month on Gay Street. This gem of a park was largely unheard of by myself up until a few months ago and completely unvisited by me until this past Saturday. 25. City Center Green Space
I've often scratched my head about this spot at the corner of S. High St. and Rich St. But…whatever it's intention, it has a lot of potential as the proposed RiverSouth District comes into being in the near future. For whatever the future holds for City Center, this is a part of the land owned by Capitol South on which City Center Mall sits.

33. Schiller Park
Just slightly smaller than Victorian Village's Goodale Park, German Village's Schiller Park took me by surprise. I had never been down this far into German Village and really liked the vibe of this area. This is definitely one of Columbus's hidden gems, with homes bordering the park on all sides. This shot is from January so I can only imagine the feeling in the summertime.

60. Neil Avenue
Neil Avenue is definitely one of my favorite streets in the city. While it is well-trafficked, it is one of those streets that is lined with historic homes that have been restored and actually brings you back in time a bit as you stroll down it. It serves as the main corridor for Victorian Village and when the foliage kicks into gear in the spring, it makes for a great place to take a casual walk or jog.
